Email that keeps your business yours
Your own @prmail.uk address with no ads and no scanning. Trackers are stripped, risky links defanged, and every service gets its own alias, so you always know who leaked your address.
- No ads, ever
- Mail never scanned for advertising
- Webmail in your PremierVPN dashboard
- From the UK-based PremierVPN team
Private by default, not by setting
Encrypted at rest
Your mailbox is stored on encrypted servers. Seized hardware gives up nothing readable.
Trackers stripped
Invisible tracking pixels are removed before you open a message, so senders can't tell when, where or whether you read it.
Links defanged
Shortened links are resolved to show where they really go, tracking parameters are stripped, and suspicious links carry a warning.
Spam filtering
Junk is caught before it reaches your inbox, with DKIM, SPF and DMARC checked on every message.

Give every website its own alias. When one starts getting spam, you know exactly who leaked or sold it, and you can pause or destroy that alias with one click, cutting the data brokers off at the source.

- Pause or destroy any alias, instantly

Protection for what's around the message
Encryption hides what you write. These hide when you write and where from.
Send-time randomisation
Anyone able to watch both your connection and the mail servers can match the moment you press send to the email that leaves. PrMail holds each message for a random time, up to 15 minutes, so that match no longer works.
Zero IP leakage
Many mail apps write your IP address into the headers of every message you send. PrMail sends everything through our infrastructure, so recipients see nothing that points back to you.

Questions
Is PrMail included with my VPN plan?
Yes, with Premium VPN, Business VPN and the Complete bundle, which include PrMail Pro at no extra cost. Set up your address from your PremierVPN dashboard.
Can I email people who don't use PrMail?
Yes. It's ordinary email at your own @prmail.uk address, so you can write to anyone and anyone can write to you. Self-destructing messages work for anyone too: they get a secure link.
What are aliases for?
Give each website or service its own alias instead of your real address. If one starts getting spam, you know who leaked it, and you can pause or destroy that alias without touching the rest of your mail.
What does send-time randomisation do?
It holds each outgoing email for a random time, up to 15 minutes, before sending. Someone watching your connection and our servers can no longer match the moment you press send to the email that leaves.
Is PrMail end-to-end encrypted?
Your mailbox is stored encrypted, and self-destructing messages are AES-256 encrypted and destroyed once read. Ordinary emails to other providers are delivered the way all email is, so use a self-destructing message for anything sensitive.
Can I use my own domain?
Custom domains are coming to PrMail Business.
