Common questions
Can my customers see that PremierVPN is behind the product?
No. The apps are published under your developer accounts, with your name, logo and colours. PremierVPN isn't mentioned anywhere your customers will see.
Do I need my own Apple and Google developer accounts?
Yes. We publish the apps under your accounts so your brand appears on the stores, and we guide you through setting them up. Apple charges $99 a year; Google charges a one-off $25.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes. You own the billing relationship with your customers and charge what you like. We bill you a flat monthly rate whatever you charge.
Which protocols are supported?
WireGuard® and OpenVPN on every plan. VLESS + REALITY, for restrictive networks, is included on Growth and Enterprise.
What if I outgrow my plan?
Moving from Starter to Growth is a plan change with no rebuild. Enterprise is scoped to you. If you want to bring everything in-house, the source licence lets you take the code.
What if I need a feature the apps don't have?
Send a change request from your dashboard. Branding changes are quick; feature requests are queued with a timeline. Enterprise partners get priority.
Is there a minimum contract?
The setup fee covers a minimum 3-month commitment, then billing is month to month. Enterprise contracts are agreed individually.
