What runs where
The everyday and stealth protocols run at every location. The tunnels built for heavy censorship run on dedicated servers.
At every location
WireGuard and AmneziaWG
WireGuard is the fast everyday default in every app. AmneziaWG is WireGuard with its fingerprint scrambled, for networks that spot and drop VPNs, in our apps for iPhone, iPad, Mac and Windows.
Available atWireGuard: All 31 locations
AmneziaWG: All 31 locations
OpenVPN and Cloak
OpenVPN over UDP or TCP for networks and setups that expect it. Cloak disguises it as ordinary HTTPS on TCP port 4443, for networks that block UDP entirely. Part of Bypass mode on Windows.
Available atOpenVPN: All 31 locations
Cloak: All 31 locations
VLESS
REALITY borrows the identity of a real website, and xHTTP splits the connection into ordinary web requests. For networks that inspect traffic.

On dedicated servers
StormDNS
A DNS tunnel that encodes your connection as DNS lookups, for networks that block everything else.
Available atIstanbul, Turkey · London, United Kingdom
SlipNet and NaiveProxy
DNSTT, Slipstream, VayDNS, NoizDNS and StunTLS in the free SlipNet app for Android, plus NaiveProxy for iOS and Android.
Available atFinland · Germany
Try them in this order
- AmneziaWG or CloakWhen ordinary WireGuard or OpenVPN is blocked. Cloak is on Windows.
- VLESSREALITY or xHTTP, when traffic is inspected. Works for most people.
- StormDNSWhen VLESS is blocked too.
- SlipNet or NaiveProxyFor the hardest networks, including shutdowns.
Questions
Which location should I choose?
For speed, the one nearest to you. To see a site or service as it appears in another country, choose a location there. Every plan includes every location, and you can switch as often as you like.
Is P2P allowed?
Yes, at every location on this page.
What are AmneziaWG and Cloak?
Two ways through networks that block ordinary VPN connections. AmneziaWG is WireGuard with its fingerprint scrambled, at nearly the same speed, in our apps for iPhone, iPad, Mac and Windows. Cloak disguises OpenVPN as ordinary HTTPS on TCP port 4443, for networks that block UDP entirely; it's part of Bypass mode in the Windows app.
Why do StormDNS and SlipNet only run in some places?
They're specialist tunnels for networks that block almost everything, so they run on dedicated servers in Istanbul, Turkey · London, United Kingdom (StormDNS) and Finland · Germany (SlipNet and NaiveProxy). WireGuard, AmneziaWG, OpenVPN, Cloak and VLESS run everywhere.
Can I have a static IP in a particular country?
Yes. A dedicated IP is an address only you use, in the location you choose. It's included with Premium VPN and available as an add-on for Personal.
My country isn't listed. Can you add it?
Tell us where you need a server. Requests help us decide where to add locations next.
