A dedicated IP is a static IP address that only you use, instead of one shared with other VPN users. It's useful for IP allow-lists, remote desktop, work systems and services that block shared VPN addresses.
Pricing and availability
- Premium VPN includes one dedicated IP at no extra cost.
- Personal VPN: a dedicated IP is $4.99 a month. Premium customers also pay $4.99 a month for each extra IP.
- Dedicated IPs aren't available on Business VPN.

United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, United States, Finland, Poland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, France, Netherlands, Australia and Hong Kong.
Order from the Add-ons page
- Sign in to the portal and go to Billing › Add-ons.
- In Order a Dedicated IP, check the pricing note. It tells you if your plan's included IP is still available or what your next IP will cost.
- Under Choose a Location, select a country.
- Click Order Dedicated IP. The button shows Free or the monthly price.
- If it's a paid IP, you're taken to Complete Payment. Enter your card details and click Pay $4.99.
If you leave the payment page, your order waits under Awaiting Payment on the Add-ons page. Click Pay Now to finish it, or Cancel to drop the order.
You can also add a dedicated IP when you buy your plan: pick the location at checkout.
Getting your IP address
After you order, the IP shows as Pending with Awaiting assignment while our team sets it up. We email you when it's assigned. The address then appears on the Add-ons page with the status Active, and on your Dashboard and My services.
Connecting to your dedicated IP
- iPhone and iPad: in the PremierVPN app, open the Dedicated IP tab in Locations.
- OpenVPN: go to Main › Servers and use the Dedicated IP section to generate an OpenVPN config pointed at your IP. Sign in with your VPN username and VPN password.

Can I have more than one?
Yes. Order as many as you need, in the same or different locations. Each extra IP is $4.99 a month.
Can I buy one in the iOS app?
Yes. A dedicated IP bought in the iPhone or iPad app is billed by Apple and managed in your Apple subscriptions.
