On a Business VPN plan you can see how much each person on your team uses the VPN and who's connected right now.
Open team stats
- Sign in to the portal and go to Team › Team members.
- Click Usage Stats at the top of the page.
- Use the Period menu to choose Last 7 days, Last 30 days (the default), Last 90 days or All time.
What you'll see
Summary
Total Download, Total Upload, Total Sessions and Live Now (how many sessions are connected at the moment) for the whole team.
Per-User Breakdown
One row for each team member, plus a row for your own account marked (Owner):
- Status: Online, Offline or Suspended.
- Download, Upload and Total B/W for the period.
- Sessions in the period and Live sessions right now.
- Last Active: when they last connected.
For anyone connected now, the row expands to show each live session, including how long it's been connected and the data used.
Check one member
On the Team Management page, click Details next to a member. Their page shows their VPN username and VPN password, device limit, status, email and the date they were added.
