How to Reactivate a Cancelled Subscription

Updated 4 Oct 2026 1 min read

Changed your mind after cancelling? If your service hasn't reached its end date yet, we can reverse the cancellation for you. If it has already ended, you can order a new plan.

Before the end date: ask us to reverse it

You can see whether a cancellation is still pending on My services: the service shows Cancel pending and the date it's scheduled to cancel.

  1. Open a support ticket and choose the Billing category.
  2. Tell us which service to keep. The service number (for example #00123) is shown on its card on My services.
  3. We'll reverse the cancellation and reply to confirm. If you pay by card, your card subscription is set to renew again.

Once it's done, Cancel pending disappears and the card shows your next renewal date again.

Send your request in good time. Once the end date passes, the service closes and can't simply be switched back on.

After the end date: order a new plan

  1. Sign in to the portal and go to My services.
  2. Click + Add service and choose a plan.
  3. Complete checkout. Your new service appears on My services once payment is confirmed.
  • The PremierVPN apps keep using your portal email and password.
  • If you use third-party apps or config files, check the VPN credentials shown on your new service and update them if they're different.
  • A dedicated IP from your old service was released when it ended, so a new one may have a different address.
