Managing Your Email Plan

This guide shows how to check your PrMail plan and usage, upgrade or downgrade, and change your email password.

Check your plan and usage

Go to PrMail › Settings. The Account section at the top shows:

• Email Address: your PrMail address.
• Plan: your current PrMail plan.
• Storage: how much of your mailbox you've used.
• Sends Today: emails sent today against your daily limit.

The Email Plan section below it says which plan you're on, and "(included with your VPN)" if PrMail Pro comes with your VPN plan. A storage bar is also always visible at the bottom of the PrMail panel.

Plans

• PrMail Pro is included with Premium VPN, Business VPN and PremierVPN Complete, and can also be bought on its own.
• PrMail Business has more storage, more aliases and a higher daily sending limit than Pro.

Upgrade

1. Go to PrMail › Settings › Email Plan.
2. Click Upgrade on the plan you want. This opens the PrMail plans page.
3. Choose a billing cycle and pay. See Payment Methods Accepted.

Once payment is confirmed, your new plan and storage apply straight away and you're taken back to Email Settings. If you didn't have a mailbox yet, you're taken to the setup page to choose your address.

If PrMail Pro is included with your VPN, you can still upgrade to PrMail Business for more storage and aliases.

Downgrade

1. Go to PrMail › Settings › Email Plan.
2. Click Downgrade on the lower plan and confirm.

The change applies straight away:

• Your storage limit drops to the new plan's limit. If you're over it, delete messages or empty Trash and Spam to get back under.
• Your alias limit drops. You won't be able to create new aliases until you're under the new limit.
• If PrMail Pro comes with your VPN plan, you can't go below Pro.

Downgrading doesn't cancel billing. It only changes your mailbox limits. If you bought PrMail on its own and want to stop paying, cancel the subscription. See How to Cancel Your Subscription.

Change your email password

1. Go to PrMail › Settings and scroll to Change Email Password.
2. Enter a new password of at least 8 characters and enter it again to confirm.
3. Click Update Password.

Your email password is separate from your portal password, and changing one doesn't change the other. You don't need your email password to use PrMail in the portal: webmail opens whenever you're signed in to the portal. That makes your portal login the key to your mailbox, so we recommend turning on two-factor authentication. To change your portal password, see How to Change Your Portal Password.
